Introduction
Life throws all kinds of surprises and unexpected things at us all the time. Some of them might be good and some of them not so good. In real life, the things
don't go exactly according to a plan.
Some situations and events take an unexpected turn, for example when you lost someone you love. Unexpected events are part of life and are unavoidable. 
This part of the unit is about helping your students to develop communication strategies to help them to cope in the real world with whatever situation they find themselves in.
