Una característica primordial de los cuentos clásicos es que están escritos en tiempo pasado, por esta razón se convierten en una excelente herramienta para trabajar este tiempo verbal.

Invita a tu familia a adivinar eventos de cuentos clásicos usando la mímica. Escribe en pequeños papelitos de papel los eventos. Hagan dos equipos y tomen turnos para adivinar cada evento que escojan al azar. Gana el equipo que adivine más eventos.

Jack went outside and started to climb the beanstalk. 4. Cinderella felt very sad and began to cry. 5. As soon as Snow White bit the apple she fell into a deep sleep. 6. Sleeping beauty touched the spindle and she fell to the floor in a deep slumber. 7. On his way to school, Pinocchio stopped to see a puppet show. 8. After walking for a long time, Hansel saw a cottage made of chocolate. 9. The ugly duckling saw his reflection in the water and cried. Manda una foto del juego en familia a tu profesor o profesora como evidencia. Es momento de revisar lo que has aprendido. Copia el siguiente cuento clásico en tu libreta. Completalo escribiendo el verbo que corresponde en cada espacio. Los verbos faltantes son: played, chased, fell, built, came, ran, huffed, kept, tried & worked.
Once upon a time there were three little pigs. One pig 1) ________________ a house of straw while the second pig built his house with sticks. They built their houses very quickly and then sang and 2) _________________ all day because they were lazy. The third little pig 3) _________________ hard all day and built his house with bricks. A big bad wolf saw the two little pigs while they were dancing and playing and thought, “What juicy meals they will make!” He 4) _________________ the two pigs and they 5) _________________ and hid in their houses. The big bad wolf 6) _________________ to the first house and 7) _________________ and puffed and blew the house down in minutes. The frightened little pig ran to the second pig’s house that was made of sticks. The big bad wolf now came to this house and huffed and puffed and blew the house down in hardly any time. Now, the two little pigs were terrified and ran to the third pig’s house that was made of bricks. The big bad wolf 8) _________________ to huff and puff and blow the house down, but he could not. He 9) _________________ trying for hours but the house was very strong and the little pigs were safe inside. The big bad wolf tried to enter through the chimney but the third little pig boiled a big pot of water and kept it below the chimney. The wolf 10) _________________ into it and died.
