Miles Morales is a character that debuted after the death of the Ultimate Universe Peter heroically died. He’s a seventeen-year-old who is a friend of Peter Parker and the son of officer Jefferson Davis and councilor Rio Morales.

Peter befriends Miles after father's death, introducing him to the non-profit F.E.A.S.T. shelter so he can serve a volunteer. Miles unaware of Peter's secret as the masked vigilante Spider-Man, who Miles idolizes.

He eventually spider-like powers himself, which he reveals to Peter, who in turn being Spider-Man. Under Peter's guidance, Miles attempts to step up as New York City's superhero.
