Learners create informational cards in English about identity traits of English-speaking communities (accent, spelling, clothing, food, traditions, customs, among others).
​​Problem: The lack of knowledge about the identity and culture of English-speaking people can lead to ignorance and misunderstandings, which can result in prejudice, discrimination, and cultural conflicts.

Use open-ended questions to assess prior knowledge
These could be some questions:

1. What comes to mind when you think of English-speaking countries?
2. Can you name some English-speaking countries and their capitals?
3. What are some famous cultural elements associated with English-speaking nations?
4. Have you ever interacted with people from English-speaking countries? What did you learn from those interactions?
5. How do you think cultural differences can impact communication and relationships?
6. Are there any English-speaking authors, artists, or historical figures you are familiar with?

Research and collect information

1. Conduct research to identify common cultural practices, traditions, and customs in English-speaking countries during public holidays.
2. Collect data on significant English-speaking holidays, their origins, and the way they are celebrated.
3. Look for similarities, differences, and the historical or cultural significance behind the holidays. 
4. Explore the historical origins and cultural backgrounds of specific holidays in varios countries. 
5. Research how public holidays impact society, such as their influence on the economy, education, and social gatherings.

1. Group the collected data into categories, such as holidays, traditions, and cultural insights.
2. Create a section for each English-speaking country to write about its history background and origins of each holiday. 
3. Create concise and engaging descriptions for each piece of information.
4. Select relevant images or illustrations to accompany the information.
5. List all the sources and references used in the research .
